Class Description: Co-Ed beginner students entering grades 6 to 12, Summer is here so let’s crank up the offense by spiking and serving! The emphasis of this session will be on footwork, approach to spiking, arm swing, ball placement, offensive partner calls, float serve, jump serve, and playing some competitive volleyball. You will know by the end of the session which side of the court is best for supporting your spiking attacks. Furthermore, you will have a better understanding of the type of serve to use. C-Ya on the Sand!
